o verão se foi faz tempo, já estamos quase no inverno, MAS sol é sol!!!
E estudos mostram que o câncer de pele está diretamente ligado ao excesso de exposição solar.
Por isso, use protetor solar fator no mínimo 15, DIARIAMENTE nas áreas expostas e evite o sol entre 11 e 16 hrs.

Even in winter we should worry about the sun's rays. Studies show that skin cancer is directly linked to excessive sun exposure. 
Therefore, use sunscreen DAILY on exposed areas and avoid the sun between 11to 16 hrs.

If you notice that you have a dapple with one of these characteristics consult your dermatologist.
